Nesses casos, os empregados receber\u00e3o o Benef\u00edcio Emergencial de Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do Emprego e da Renda (BEm), que ser\u00e1 custeado pela Uni\u00e3o. \ud835\udde2 \ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddee \ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfa \ud835\ude03\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\udfed\ud835\udfee\ud835\udfec \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude00, contados a partir da data da publica\u00e7\u00e3o da MP (28\/04\/2021). Durante o per\u00edodo do acordo, os trabalhadores participantes do programa ser\u00e3o contemplados com uma garantia provis\u00f3ria no emprego, inclusive ap\u00f3s reestabelecimento da jornada ou do encerramento da suspens\u00e3o, por um per\u00edodo equivalente ao acordado com o empregador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no documento est\u00e1 a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de o empregador comunicar a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada de trabalho e do sal\u00e1rio ou a suspens\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria do contrato de trabalho ao Minist\u00e9rio da Economia (ME), no prazo de dez dias, contados a partir da formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do acordo.\ud835\uddd6\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddfc \ud835\uddfc \ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddee\u0301\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc \ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddee \ud835\uddee \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddee, \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude03\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\u0301 \ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddff \ud835\uddfc \ud835\ude00\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddee\u0301\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddfc \ud835\uddf3\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddee\u0301\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc \ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddfc \ud835\ude03\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddff \ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddff \ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfc \ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude00\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddef\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddfc \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddfc \ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddfc. A primeira parcela do BEm ser\u00e1 efetuada em 30 dias, tendo por base a data da celebra\u00e7\u00e3o do acordo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A norma ainda estabelece que o pagamento do BEm ser\u00e1 baseado nos valores das parcelas do seguro-desemprego. O texto destaca ainda que o empregado n\u00e3o perde o seguro, caso seja demitido.
